The DGINS Conference 2018 will take place at Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel, which is placed in the heart of Bucharest, near The Royal Palace and The Romanian Atheneum. The hotel was built between 1912 and 1914 and it is one of the most beautiful buildings in Bucharest.
Le Diplomate Ballroom offers the guests the chance to admire the stunning gold-leaf walls, stained-glass ceiling and sparkling crystal chandeliers that will turn the event into a night to remember.

Conference dinner at Hanu’ lui Manuc (11 OCTOBER 2018), evening
Manuc’s Inn is one of the most important tourist attractions in Bucharest, a historical monument, a wonderful place to spend free time, in the restaurants, cafes and shops it is hosting today. Through the efforts of its successors, Manuc’s Inn regained the role it used to have since its establishment by re-entering nowadays into the tourist circuit.

Sightseeing Tour of Bucharest (11 OCTOBER 2018) – for accompanying guests
Duration: 3 hours and a half – 4 hours (10:00 – 14:00)
At the indicated time, the participants will be picked up at ATHENE PALACE HILTON Bucharest.
First Stop: The Revolution Square. The guide will present important buildings and their fascinating history: The Romanian Athenaeum, the Central University Library, the Royal Palace, the statuary ensemble in front of the former Central Committee of the Communist Party, the Monument of the National Renaissance, the Creţulescu Church.
The tour continues on Victoria Street with the Grand Hotel Continental, the Palace of Telephones, the National Military Circle, the National History Museum and the CEC Palace.
The next stop is in the Constitution Square for the presentation and visit of the Palace of Parliament.

- At the Parliament Palace we will book the standard visit (1 hour);
- In order to visit the Parliament Palace an original ID is mandatory;

The route continues on Unirii Boulevard, Unirii Square, University Square with University buildings, National Theater, Intercontinental Hotel.
On the central boulevard, Nicolae Balcescu and Magheru, you reach the Roman Square, dominated by the Academy of Economic Studies building, and then on Lascăr Catargiu Boulevard, to Victoria Square with Victoria Palace, the Romanian Government.
We cross the most important residential area of Bucharest with parks and palaces that house the main embassies and international bodies: Aviatorilor Boulevard, Air Heroes Monument (1928-1932), Charles de Gaulle Square, Herastrau Park, Arc de Triomphe.
Stop and visit the National Village Museum – Dimitrie Gusti.
The tour continues on Kiseleff Boulevard to Press Square, returning to the Arch of Triumph – Victory Square. In Victoriei Square, we admire the Museum of Natural History – Grigore Antipa
Continue the Victory Cove – the former Mogosoaia Bridge, the Cantacuzino Palace – the George Enescu Museum, to get back in front of ATHENE PALACE HILTON.
